Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received Individual Surface Water Management permit application number 701561 from Sarasota Automotive Management, LLC, 1101 East Fletcher, Tampa, Florida 33612. Application received: 9-5-14 Proposed activity: 1) Merging of the existing ponds under SWFWMD permits 21262 revisions1 and 2. 2) Accommodating the runoff from 24,455 S.F. of impervious under SWFWMD permit 21262 revision 2 into the enlarged pond under this application. 3) Constructing an additional 105,927 S.F. of impervious either as asphalt or combination of asphalt and building under this application. 4) Accommodating an additional 5,000 S.F. of impervious for future construction south and west of the BMW building for a future addition and renovation. 5) Rerouting an inlet pipe from the property north of the applicant's property around the proposed pond enlargement and provide a new drainage easement. 6) Construction of associated stormwater and utility infrastructure. Project name: BMW of Sarasota. Project size: 4.28 acres. Location: Section 11, Township 37 South and Range 18 East in Sarasota County. Outstanding Florida Water: N/A. Aquatic Preserve: N/A. The application is available for public inspection Monday throug h Friday at the Tampa Service Office, 7601 U.S. Highway 301, Tampa, FL 33637-6759. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application. Comments must include the permit application number and be received within 14 days from the date of this notice.
