NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of County Commissioners of Sarasota County, Florida, at their regularly scheduled meeting will hold a Public Hearing on October 8, 2014 or soon hereafter at the Sarasota County Administration Center, Commission Cham bers, 1660 Ringling Boulevard, Sarasota, Florida, at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, will consider the following proposed County Ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 2014-070 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA RELATING TO THE NOKOMIS EAST SPECIAL TAX LIGHTING DISTRICT, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 86-107, AS AMENDED, TO REPLACE REVISED EXHIBIT A, LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE DISTRICT, WITH SEC OND REVISED EXHIBIT A TO REFLECT AN EXPANSION OF THE DISTRICT BOUNDARIES TO INCLUDE A CONTIGUOUS AREA; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Written comments filed with the Board of County Commissioners will be considered. The public hearing may be continued as announced at the hearing.
