PUBLIC NOTICE A neighborhood workshop will be held to discuss the following applications associated with a 224± acre parcel located east of Honore Avenue and south of the Isles of Sarasota: (1) an Application for Notice of Proposed Change ("NOPC") to expand the bounda ries of the Palmer Ranch Development of Regional Impact ("DRI") to incorporate the 224± acre subject parcel; (2) an Application for Incremental Development Approval (AIDA) for Increment XXIII to the Palmer Ranch Master Development Order; and (3) Rezone A pplication to change the zoning on the subject parcel from OUE-1 (Open Use Estate, 1 dwelling unit/5 Acre) to RSF-1/PUD (Residential Single-family/Planned Unit Development, 2.5 dwelling units/Acre). The workshop will be held Thursday, September 25, 2014, at 6 pm at Covenant Life Church, 8490 McIntosh Road, Sarasota, FL. This is not a public hearing.
