NOTICE OF NEIGHBORHOOD WORKSHOP A neighborhood workshop will be held to discuss the amendment of a special exception approval for the RE-1 zoned Church of Hope campus located at 1560 Wendell Kent Road, to revise its binding development concept plan. The current, County-approved special exception for the campus authorizes house of worship, school, and assisted living facility uses. The sole purpose of amending the special exception is to modify the location and footprint of proposed buildings shown on the development concept plan to co ntain the approved uses. This is not a public hearing. The purpose of the workshop is to inform neighboring residents of the nature of the project, to solicit suggestions and concerns, and discuss the proposed concept plan. The workshop will be held on T hursday, September 11, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the Church of Hope, 1560 Wendell Kent Road, Sarasota, FL.
