NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA SV 14-02 DATE: July 9, 2014 TIME: 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible LOCATION: Sarasota County Administration Building 1660 Ringling Boulevard County Commission Chambers Sarasota, FL A Public Hearing will be held pursuant to Sections 177.101, 336.09 and 336.10, Florida Statutes, to consider a petition to vacate, abandon, discontinue, and close the County's interest in the unimproved, Tract 203 ("Public Road" identified as "Sawyer Loo p Road"); a 100' Wide Drainage, Utility and Buffer Easement; a 12' Wide Public Drainage, Pedestrian Easement and a 10' Wide Public Drainage and Utility Easement; all shown and depicted on the Plat of Palmer Park of Commerce, Plat Book 35, Page 32 through 32E, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Location: Plat of Palmer Park of Commerce - west of McIntosh Boulevard and south of Clark Road Legal Description: See Attached Petitioner: Taylor Morrison of Florida, Inc., a Florida corporation Information and/or plans are available for public inspection at the Real Estate Services Office, located at 1660 Ringling Boulevard, 2nd Floor, Sarasota, FL. All interested parties are invited to appear and be heard. Written comments filed with the Clerk of the Board will be heard and considered. The public hearing may be continued as announced at the hearing.
