Administrative Appeal No. 14-APP-02, George Wald, aggrieved person, appealing the determination made by Neighborhood and Development Services staff involving property located at 1836 Laurel Street with PID Number 2027-09-0078. Mr. Wald requested a zoning code confirmation letter regarding the development rights of the above referenced parcel. The letter, dated February 26, 2014, determined that the subject parcel had been held in common ownership with the adjacent parcel also with an address of 1836 Lau rel Street but with PID Number 2027-09-0077.
