Richard D. Clancy, DC retired in April 2008. Dr. Clancy's patient files have been transferred to Maria Meesit, DC, who has been providing care to Dr. Clancy's patients since that time. Dr. Meesit will continue to serve the patient's of Dr. Clancy as needed. All other patients of Dr. Clancy please be advised per FS 64B2-17.006(3), your patient health records will only be available until January 31, 2013. After that date, all records will be destroyed.
