NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA PLEASE BE NOTIFIED that the Board of County Commissioners of Sarasota County, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing on February 12, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter in the Board Chambers at the County Administration Center, 1660 Ringling Boulevard, Sa rasota, Florida to receive all testimony and evidence to consider and act upon the adoption of the following proposed resolution RESOLUTION NO. 2014 - ___ A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE PHILLIPPI CREEK SEWERAGE DISTRICT; DECLARING AN INTENT TO USE THE UNIFORM METHOD FOR THE LEVY, COLLECTION AND ENFORCEMENT OF NON-AD VALOREM ASSESSMENTS WITHIN AREA "N" OF THE PHILLIPPI CREEK SEWERAGE DISTRICT TO FUND THE SEPTIC SYSTEM REPLACEMENT PROGRAM IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN AREA "N", COMMENCING WITH THE 2014 TAX YEAR; STATING A NEED FOR SUCH LEVY; PROVIDING A LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE BOUNDA RIES OF AREA "N" OF THE DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR MAILING OF THIS RESOLUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Written comments filed with the Board of County Commissioners will be considered. The public hearing may be continued as announced at the hearing.
