PUBLIC NOTICE Neighborhood Workshop On January 8, 2013 at 6:00 pm. a neighborhood workshop meeting will be held at the Frances T. Bourne Jacaranda Library located at 4143 Woodmere Park Blvd. in Venice. This workshop is being held to discuss a Notice of Proposed Change (NOPC) to the Woodmer e Village at Jacaranda DRI. This NOPC will be requesting: 1) Extension of the build out date to December 2017, and 2) an Amendment to Map H (the Master Development Plan) to increase the allowable OPI/CN square footage in Jacaranda Pointe by 10,000 sq. ft .. This is not a public hearing. The purpose of this meeting is to inform neighboring residents about the NOPC proposal and to seek their comments. Info on applications can be found at www.scgov.net .
