TAKE NOTICE that a Petition pursuant to Article 11, Chapter 7B of the North Carolina General Statutes and, specifically pursuant to North Carolina General Stat ute §7B-1104, seeking relief against you, has been filed in the above-entitled juvenile proceeding.
