SARASOTA COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE This is a correction to the notice that ran on May 23, 2013. There will be a public hearing by the Sarasota County Board of Zoning Appeals beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 10, 2013 in the North County Chambers located on the first floor at the Sarasota County Administration Center, 1660 Ringling Boulevard, S arasota, Florida, to consider a zoning variance from the Sarasota County Ordinance No. 2003-052, for the following: VARIANCE 13-114775-ZZ The applicant is requesting a reduction of 16-feet from the required 20-foot street yard setback, for the construction of a pergola and carport structure. The property (Parcel ID #0076-16-0083) is zoned Residential Single Family (RSF-3), and is located a t 1808 Ivanhoe Street, Sarasota. The owner of the property is Thomas R. Jefferson.
