NOTICE OF CONTINUANCE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Section 125.3401, Florida Statutes, the Board of County Commissioners of Sarasota County, Florida will hold a Public Hearing on the 21st day of May, 2013, at 1:30 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as possible) in the Com missioner Chambers of the Administration Center, 1660 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, Florida, to determine whether the proposed purchase of the water and wastewater assets of Dolomite Utilities Corp. is in the public interest. This Public Hearing was original ly held on March 19, 2013, and subsequently continued to April 10, 2013 and May 8, 2013. The Sarasota County Charter requires that evidence and testimony during public hearings shall be under oath. The oath will be administered to all persons who choose to testify. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The complete Due Diligence Report regarding the Dolomite water and wastewater system is available for public inspection at the Sarasota County Environmental Utilities Department, 1001 Sarasota Ce nter Blvd., Sarasota, Florida or can be downloaded at http://www.scgov.net/meetingsagenda.asp on the Thursday afternoon preceding the meeting. Written comments filed with the Board of County Commissioners will be considered. The Public Hearing may be continued as announced at the aforementioned hearing, as may be found necessary.
