NOTICE OF SERVICE OF PROCESS BY PUBLICATION TO: BRITTANY JOHNSON TAKE NOTICE that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: 1.Plaintiff seeks to recover judgment reforming the said Special Power of Attorney from Abraham H. Johnson recorded in Book 2837, Page 55, Onslow County Registry, to include authority of Brittany L. Johnson as attorney-in-fact to execute purchase money d eeds of trust, relating back to the date of original recording of the Special Power of Attorney; that the Court determine that Plaintiff be granted a constructive trust, resulting trust or equitable lien upon the entire Subject Real Property having an ef fective date of September 14, 2007; and judgment declaring that the Deed of Trust recorded in Book 2947, Page 708 is a valid and enforceable first lien security interest in the real property located at 105 Croatan Court, Jacksonville, North Carolina. You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than the 17th of June, 2013, said date being forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice; and upon your failure to do so the Plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief sought .
